• The following items are required for a complete application package:
  • Architectural Review Committee (ARC) approval letter (The Residences at RHCC)
  • Project Application – see Landscape Documentation Package
  • Required Plans – see Landscape Documentation Package
  • $2,000 Deposit*

  *  The City of Rolling Hills Estates utilizes a third-party consultant to conduct the compliance review and installation inspection. Staff draws off the deposit to pay for these review and inspection services. Any funds remaining after the installation inspection will be returned to the applicant.
