The Community Development Department has developed a new Temporary Special Use Permit to assist Rolling Hills Estates businesses with the ability to provide limited outdoor operations during the COVID-19 pandemic.
 
A Special Use Permit will allow for outdoor operations on sidewalks and parking lots for the following four industries: 

 This new process has been set-up to provide an easy and prompt, no-fee administrative approval so businesses don't miss a bit in their operations. Access the relevant temporary permit application above.
