Mayor Velveth Schmitz dedicated the Veterans' Memorial on November 11, 2020.

Through a donation to the Pepper Tree Foundation, the Veterans' Memorial was dedicated in November 2020 by Mayor Velveth Schmitz to honor and recognize all the men and women who have served in all military branches and their families. Visit the Veterans' Memorial at City Hall grounds at the Flagpole.
