HOWLETT PARK EQUESTRIAN CENTER HORSE ARENAS
Turn-outs and lunging will now be allowed in the newly renovated horse show arena closest to Hawthorne Boulevard. A 90-day trial period (Nov. 1st – Jan. 31st) is in effect to determine whether arena users can appropriately use and maintain this arena by watering, removing manure, and raking the surface to fill in holes and divots created by their horse(s). The following new sign has been posted on this arena:
Turn-outs and lunging will continue to be prohibited in the dressage arena and the newly renovated horse show arena closest to the bleachers. The following sign has been posted on these arenas:
Turn-outs and lunging will also continue to be allowed in the rectangular warm-up arena and the new lower lunging arena.
CHANDLER PARK HORSE ARENA
Turn-outs and lunging will be allowed in this area under the condition that users assist in maintaining this arena by watering, removing manure, and raking the surface to fill in holes and divots created by their horse(s). The following new sign has been posted on this arena:
